Users can at any moment address inquiries to our company about the forwarded data; in particular, according to art. 196 of 30.6.2003 they have right to:

  2. ask for a confirmation of the forwarded data, their origin, the purpose of their treatment and ask for their clear transmission;
  3. ask for their data withdrawal, their transformation into anonym data or block the data treated unlawfully, including those data whose conservation is not needed in view of the purposes of their collection;
  4. ask for an updating, rectification or integration of data;
  5. deny partially or completely, for justified reasons, the treatment of personal data for promotional purposes.
