MITTLER & C. S.r.l. was born in October 1996 as a result of the split of a previous company operating in the intellectual property field since 1985.
Our company registered office is in Milan, Viale Lombardia 20. Enrico Mittler is the main partner with more than 40 years experience in Intellectual property; a staff of young and motivated engineers, lawyers and technical experts co-operate with him and guarantee assistance and professional background in the several sectors of the industrial property, from patents of invention and industrial models to trade marks, from copyright to software, from semiconductor layout to vegetal variety.
We are prepared to assist both Italian and foreign clients in intellectual property matters, from patents and industrial models to trademarks, copyright, software and semiconductor layout matters.
Our firm has a long experience in acting on behalf of clients in Italy, Europe, U.S.A., Japan and world-wide in general, not only in the filing and prosecution of patent, industrial model and trademark applications, but also in opposition, appeal and cancellation administrative proceedings. We may offer these services directly in Italy and before EPO (European Patent Office), OHIM (Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market) and WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization), while we avail ourselves of the assistance of local representatives in the other Countries.
